Transportation Solutions

HTEC’s Transportation Solutions unit helps medium- and heavy-duty transportation transition towards a low-carbon future through hydrogen-powered vehicle supply solutions and adoption support.

Modelling and Analysis

HTEC helps transport operators in strategic North American markets adopt a suite of zero-emission technologies by developing actionable and cost-effective transition plans.

Transportation Projects

HTEC initiates, develops and manages consortium-based projects featuring the company’s suite of innovative hydrogen vehicle technology-based products and services.

Fleet Services

HTEC owns and leases hydrogen fueled medium- and heavy-duty vehicle to fleet operators.

01

AZEHT: Alberta Zero Emissions Hydrogen Transit

The AZEHT pilot project demonstrates two hydrogen fuel cell electric buses (FCEB) to be used in road trials shared by the municipalities of Edmonton, Strathcona County, with the active participation of Calgary, and Banff/Bow Valley. HTEC is providing fueling infrastructure and fuel supply solutions.

02

Santa Clarita Hydrogen Production and Refueling Station:

Santa Clarita Transit’s fueling solution for the first step in converting their fleet to FCEBs.

Santa Clarita Transit is deploying a hydrogen production and refueling station to serve their fleet as it transitions to zero-emission buses. The system will be capable of significant turn-down in order to serve the early needs of only a few buses up to a capacity of 500+kg/d. HTEC provides project management and independent engineering services (modeling, performance data analytics, drawing and specification review) for the project.
